Duties of Professional Chambers
and Establishment Process
Chambers are professional organizations in the nature of public institutions with legal personality, established in order to meet the common needs of their members, to facilitate their professional activities, to ensure the development of the profession in accordance with the general interests, to protect professional discipline, ethics and solidarity in order to ensure honesty and trust in the relations of its members with each other and the public, and to fulfill the services written in this Law and the duties assigned to the chambers by legislation. Chambers are established in the provinces with the decision of the Ministry upon the positive opinion of the Union.
Conditions for the Establishment of Chambers
and Working Areas
In order to establish a chamber in a province, at least one thousand merchants and/or industrialists registered in the trade registry and possessing the qualifications specified in this Law or those engaged in maritime trade must make a written application to the Union. In order to establish an independent chamber of industry, the written request of more than half of the industrialists operating in that province is required.
The establishment and working areas of the chambers are the provincial borders. Another chamber with the same title cannot be established within the organization and working areas.
The working areas of the chambers may be expanded or contracted by the Board of Directors of the Union to cover the surrounding provinces and to be valid until the relevant chamber is established in those provinces.

- It offers unlimited reporting possibilities. In addition to the hundreds of reports it contains, it allows the user to prepare and add the desired report to the structure thanks to the reporting program it contains.
- Thanks to the filtering structure in the reports, the user can access the different analyses and graphs he/she desires.
- Reports can be archived as Excel, PDF, XML or text if desired.
