We carry out the services of delivering the software products we have developed within Biltaş to our customers in different locations, providing installation and after-sales support, through the distribution channels and dealership structure we have created.

We organize various trainings in order to increase the technical, sales and practical knowledge of our dealers within this network structure. This enables our dealers to respond to possible customer requests, suggestions and complaints from a technical perspective.

With the dealer meetings held in certain periods, sufficient information about the IT sector, especially our software products, is exchanged and sales strategies are determined.

Biltaş has a very wide dealership (solution partner, business partner, authorized dealer, etc.) structure located in different locations.

Criteria for Becoming a Biltas Dealer

We prefer to work with companies that can represent Biltaşin its location, have the knowledge required by the IT sector, especially experience and skills in application software. In addition to these features, in order to create a dealer network that can keep up with continuity, rapid change, is reliable, has high loyalty, the conditions we are looking for in candidate companies are as follows;

  • Having a physical address,
  • Minimum knowledge of software sales and technical issues,
  • Have a minimum communication infrastructure (telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.),
  • They have internet infrastructure,
  • Including BİLTAŞon websites,
  • At least 1 sales/support staff (for business partners),
  • Participation in trainings organized by Biltaş.

Business Partner

In order to provide support to their customers regarding Biltaş products, they have trained personnel and they agree and undertake to send their personnel to the trainings given by Biltaş. At the same time, in order to be entitled to provide training support for Biltaş products, at least one staff member must have a support certificate issued by Biltaş.

Authorized Dealer

They carry out sales and marketing activities of Biltaş products within their duties and responsibilities to end users. Authorized Dealers shall have at least one staff member who has the support certificate issued by Biltaş in order to obtain the right to provide training and support for Biltaş products.
