Integration with different commercial programs used in the accounting department is provided (BSOFTerp, LOGO, NETSIS, etc.).
Each current card with reservation and contract records is automatically created by the commercial program (if it does not exist).
Invoices issued in the marina office are integrated with accounting instantly or between the desired dates.
Invoices issued by the marina are automatically reflected as debt records on the current cards on the commercial application side.
According to the currency of the expenditure, the relevant expenditure is transferred to the statements of the current cards in foreign currency and local currency.
Integration and Flexible Management
If there are cash registers kept in different currencies, payments are associated and integrated with these cash registers.
The equivalent of each service performed within the port is associated with the accounting account and an accounting receipt is created.
Depending on the customer’s working status with the marina, invoices are issued as open or closed. If an open invoice is issued, the customer can make the payment later on the system. If a closed invoice is issued, payment is also made at the time of invoice issuance.
According to the user’s authorization, the integration process can be canceled as long as it is not accounted for. Later, the records of the desired date or the relevant record can be integrated again.
